Does Accountlet offer catch-up bookkeeping?
Yes, we do. Your team will take care of any catch-up bookkeeping you may have. Please note, there is an additional fee for catch-up bookkeeping.
Does Accountlet Import data from other bookkeeping software?
Absolutely. As long as the bookkeeping software you were using allows you to export your data, you should have no problem at all. Your Accountlet Team will take care of importing your data and setting you up.
If I decide to cancel my Accountlet subscription, can I export my data to my new bookkeeper?
Absolutely. Unlike other cloud accounting and bookkeeping firms, we don't use software that limits your ability to export data. We want you to stay with us because you absolutely love our service and not because you are restricted from taking your business data and information with you. We believe that as a business owner, you should have the option to decide what works for you and if you decide that we are not a perfect fit for your business, we'll support your decision and assist you in exporting your data to your new bookkeeper.
How can i contact my bookkeeper or accountant?
You may contact your dedicated professional via your client portal, email, chat, or telephone. You will also have the option to set up a face-to-face meeting via video conferencing.
